The Bus Association of New York (BANY) will be holding its Annual Meeting and Marketplace, November 1-3, 2020 at The Otesaga Resort Hotel in Cooperstown, NY. We take this opportunity to invite you to save the date and plan join us! Registration and sponsor information will be available soon!
Our planning committee is working diligently on our top notch programming that will be of interest to all.
During the event, you will have the opportunity to view the top of the line buses and motor coaches during our manufacturer exhibit as well as gather valuable industry information when visiting our vendor exhibits. Of course networking opportunities abound so you can share information and the occasional “war story” with your colleagues throughout the three day program.
What is a Marketplace and who attends you ask?
Buyers who are bus owners and tour operators, come to meet with Sellers who are travel industry representatives from destination marketing organizations (cities, areas, states), attractions, restaurants, receptive operators, hotels and associate service suppliers. These marketplace sessions ( 7 minute, one on one interaction) allow Buyers and Sellers to plan trip itineraries for motorcoach group travel throughout the US and Canada.
Sellers attend Marketplace to sell their destination, attraction, restaurant etc to motorcoach and tour operators. Sellers also network with their peers in the group travel industry. Buyers attend Marketplace to learn more about new destinations, to meet personally with people with whom they conduct business, and to socialize with other Buyers.
