After careful consideration the decision has been made that BANY will be unable to hold its Annual Meeting and Marketplace at The Otesaga Resort Hotel this year. Due to the restrictions still in place for non-essential gatherings, the state’s travel advisory and the safety of all of our members the Board of Directors felt this was the best decision to make.
Thank you to our sponsors that have already stepped up and to those that were considering. Without your support BANY would not be able to offer such great programming and networking opportunities to our members each year.
We know many of you were looking forward to our Annual Meeting and Marketplace and we will miss seeing you this year. But, the health and safety of our members is our priority. There will be an informal gathering of some operators and vendors who will be using this time to get away and still connect with one another, if interested you can book a room directly with the hotel, mention BANY for the special room rate when you call but this is not BANY sponsored.
We know the Otesaga Resort Hotel is a very popular site for our annual event. The 2021 BANY Annual Meeting and Marketplace will be held November 7 -9, 2021

Another exciting announcement is that our 2022 BANY Annual Meeting And Marketplace will be held in Niagara Falls at the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino on October 23 – 25, 2022. What is a Marketplace and who attends you ask?
Buyers who are bus owners and tour operators, come to meet with Sellers who are travel industry representatives from destination marketing organizations (cities, areas, states), attractions, restaurants, receptive operators, hotels and associate service suppliers. These marketplace sessions ( 7 minute, one on one interaction) allow Buyers and Sellers to plan trip itineraries for motorcoach group travel throughout the US and Canada.
Sellers attend Marketplace to sell their destination, attraction, restaurant etc to motorcoach and tour operators. Sellers also network with their peers in the group travel industry. Buyers attend Marketplace to learn more about new destinations, to meet personally with people with whom they conduct business, and to socialize with other Buyers.
